No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I bought this product when I first started. I had no gripes with it other than the fact that I was struggling to inhale in the mask. I have never experienced fogging with this mask. It has also never slipped or gotten jarred from my face. Still, I like being able to breathe, so I shelved this one as a back up. I recommend the V-Force line or the JT Pro-flex instead.
