Player's View:

The Kingman Spyder Sonix paintball gun is a great way to get into the paintball scene with the trusted name of Kingman behind you. The Sonix is a great entry level paintball gun at a price that everyone can afford. The Sonix comes stock with a delrin bolt to help with air efficiency. This is generally one of the first upgrades you buy for a gun but Kingman helps you out by putting it standard in all there new paintball guns. Since Kingman manufactures the Sonix you know your going to have unlimited upgrade options. You can customize just about every piece on this gun to get it setup to your exact likings. The one piece you know you'll never have to upgrade on this paintball gun is the actual body. Kingman did some sick milling on this gun to mirror some of there higher end guns. Certainly a great buy for the beginning paintballer.

This classic Spyder Semi-Auto has been redesigned for 2007 with new contoured body milling for a smooth sleek look. The dusted matte anodizing gives each marker a durable finish that will resist scratches and make cleaning easy. Also new and standard on the 07 paintball marker line is an ergonomically designed trigger frame with no slip rubber grip panels for added comfort and stability. The all new Delrin bolt with a pull pin top cocking knob makes it easy to clean the breach of the marker in between games. With one pull of the top cocking knob a player can slide the entire Delrin bolt out of the marker and gain easy access to all internal portions of the breach for field cleaning.

This spider sonix paintball marker is a good gun for a beginner to paintball. The marker is good if you have good upgrades for it, ex: a new 12 - inch barrel helps ALOT. once you have good upgrades you should do good and have fun during the game. This gun is not for someone who plays paintball every day, or constantly, because it is a beginner gun. one thing u may find disapointing about it is its trigger. the trigger is not easy to pull rapidly. but if u upgrade it then it helps. i hope this review gave u at least a good understanding of how this gun works.

I just started playing paintball a few weeks ago and this is my first gun. Its unbelievably light and very accurate with good power. Since its a Spyder the customization options are unlimited. I plan on keeping this gun because its a great all around-gun. I use it to play woodsball and its great because its light, which makes maneuvering easier. It also has a nice, fairly loose trigger for a semi-auto, making firing easier. The only relatively bad thing is that there isn't a red mark on the safety button, making it slightly harder to tell if its on safety or not. Overall its a great gun, 10 out of 10.

Great for medium level players. I have an electric hopper(chops really bad without it) and a 14" barrel. I am planning on getting on the 2.0 rocking trigger. Once I have that it will be amazing!!! You'll love it if your the kind that fights up close and personal.

great for woodsball but only get this if you are a starter. i got about a year ago and looking back now i guess i got what i paid for. it has a low price and is a solid marker. the third time i used it it was leaking and i took it to a park employee and he said the valve was busted and a new valve was 25 dollars. but i had fun with that marker and i probably just got a defective one and if you want this gun go ahead and get it. it is a good gun to get for a first gun. now i have an ion and i understand how a beginner doesnt need to have a high quality fast shooting electronic marker like an ion but i am experianced now and trust me i know what im doing.
